Our village home dates back to around 1760 and belonged to a noble man. The beautiful staircase featured here was the passage used by the servants of the house during the 18th and 19th centuries. It is located in the very heart of the beautiful, unspoiled village of Saint-Saturnin-Les-Apt. Many shops (bakery, pastry shop, butcher, cafes, pharmacy...) are located within steps of the house. This house offers a true Provence village experience!
The house has a maximum occupancy of 4 people. It offers about 1500 square feet of living space divided into 4 levels:

Ground Level/1st Floor
The pool table is a brand new Rene Pierre table, and includes all material to play pool, Snooker, and English pool. There is a bistro table set as well, which you can move outside to watch the world go by and enjoy a cold beverage on warmer days. There is a huge bay window that lets in lots of light during most of the day. On this level, you will also find the laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. A powder room is also on this level, at the foot of the stairs leading to the second level.
2nd Floor
On the second floor, you will find the newly renovated kitchen (with brand new stainless steel appliances), living room and dining room, with high ceilings, original exposed beams, Original Tomettes floor tiles, the original wood fireplace, and huge windows. There is a brand new Air Conditioning/heating unit on this floor.
3rd Floor
On the third floor you will find two bedrooms and a large bathroom. The larger bedroom has a bed that is 160x200 (French King size equivalent) with a Tempur-pedic mattress topper. The smaller bedroom has a 140x200 mattress (French Queen size). Both bedrooms have air conditioning and heating and are furnished with high quality, genuine antique pieces of furniture. The bathroom has a full size bathtub, two sinks and a toilet.
4th Floor
The top floor of the house is currently unfinished (but completely safe!) and gives you access to the large covered terrace with a sitting area, and sprawling views of the Luberon valley and the village down below.
